The Agency

When I stepped into the role of Creative Department Manager at The Agency, the previous Creative Director had begun developing a new brand identity to usher the organization into a new era. The goal was to move beyond the visual language of The Agency’s early-2000s, Millennial-era identity and create a brand that reflected the Gen Z students driving the agency forward.

I took ownership of implementing this new identity across The Agency’s creative touchpoints, translating the brand strategy into cohesive visual systems and experiences. The new direction positioned Agency students as trendsetters, visionaries, daredevils, and disruptors—students who challenge convention, think differently, and create work that moves people forward.

WEBSITE REDESIGN

As part of the brand evolution, I reimagined The Agency’s website to bring the new identity to life in a digital environment. Beyond updating the visual design, I rethought how the website could communicate who The Agency was and what made its student talent distinctive.

The experience was designed to tell a stronger story around the people behind the work—positioning Agency students as trendsetters, visionaries, daredevils, disruptors, and the future of the advertising world. Bold typography, dynamic layouts, and an energetic visual language created a digital presence that felt forward-thinking and aligned with the generation of creatives the brand represented.

To further bring the new brand to life, myself and the Production Department Manager challenged the production team to develop a new video intro for the homepage. Together, they created a piece that captured the energy and personality behind the brand—not just what The Agency does, but how it thinks and works.

The video was designed to communicate the Agency’s sass, spunk, expertise, and innovative spirit, giving visitors an immediate sense of the people and creative culture behind the work. Bringing motion and storytelling into the digital experience added another dimension to the new identity and made the homepage feel as energetic and forward-thinking as the students it represented.

The redesign transformed the website from a place to simply showcase the agency into an extension of its brand story: this is where the next generation of creative thinkers comes from.

Thought Leader Website -
On the pulse

On the Pulse is The Agency’s thought-leadership blog site, created to give our students a space to share their perspectives on the trends, tools, ideas, and cultural moments shaping the advertising industry.

I designed and developed the website as an editorial extension of The Agency’s new brand identity, creating a digital space that feels current, energetic, and distinctly student-driven. The platform gives students a voice to explore everything from emerging industry trends and new creative tools to the campaigns and cultural conversations getting everyone online buzzing.

While we may be young, we’re not out of the loop. On the Pulse communicates The Agency’s belief that staying curious, paying attention, and understanding what’s happening beyond the walls of the classroom is essential to creating relevant work. It puts our students’ perspectives at the center while reinforcing The Agency as a group of young creatives with their finger firmly “on the pulse” of the ever-changing worlds of advertising and pop culture.

Recruitment Social Media

As Creative Department Manager, I served as the primary art director and final creative approver for all work produced by The Agency, both for our in-house brand and for client projects. For that year’s recruitment campaign, I partnered with the other department managers to develop a creative concept that would capture The Agency’s personality while getting students excited to join.

We landed on a throwback infomercial concept—complete with 1-800-APPLY-NOW, “WAIT, THERE’S MORE!” messaging, vintage television sets, and grainy, retro textures. I served as the primary art director throughout the campaign and stepped in as designer on select pieces, translating the concept across social media graphics and recruitment materials.

By borrowing the visual language of cheesy late-night commercials and giving it a Gen Z twist, the campaign made recruitment feel less like an application pitch and more like an invitation to be part of the fun.

Fan take - video podcast

I stepped outside my comfort zone to guest star on Fan Take, The Agency at UF’s video podcast exploring how unique fandom experiences shape career aspirations and influence the way brands connect with consumers.

My episode dove into the world of Formula 1 racing—an admittedly silly, unexpected, and very fun conversation address misconceptions in race car driving and the rise of Formula 1 in mainstream media.
